I take 2 tablets before bed and 1 tablet in the morning. The stiffness from my arthritis has eased significantly since starting the CB2 Neuro
I have suffered greatly from arthritis in my neck. Most mornings I have been unable to turn my head without significant pain. Since starting on the CB2 Neuro, and with a new Cluster pillow, I can now turn my head freely without the pain. This is a wonderful product which I would definitely recommend.

I haven't taken these pills myself, as I got them for my friend who has been in constant pain for sometime taking all sorts of pain killers. She says that these pills have really helped her pain so I So that she can function each day while the treatments she is trying actually work and get her body realigned with no pain , then she won't need them . I g Have just given her 2 more bottles to help her get through each day.

I have been taking this product for some time, however my Fibromyalgia has ramped up, so the advised increase from 2 1x daily to 2 2x daily is helping immensley.
